Pretoria

Pretoria is a city located in the northern part of Gauteng Province, South Africa. It is one of the country's three capital cities, serving as the executive (administrative) and official de facto capital; the others are Cape Town, the legislative capital, and Bloemfontein, the judicial capital.

    Every place has good and bad side(advantage and disadvantage). I have been in one mil but what I can say is that things were better before minister nqakula and the service was better than now. Even the civilian who were working there, they were praising the best service and medication soldiers and their families were getting. Since the current minister took over everything went down the drain even staff members are so demorilised

    I am HIGHLY frustrate and very upset. I have applied for amendment on my twins birth certificate changing there surname from Haylock to Morsner as my ex registered them under his name without my concent and we have NEVER been married or ever will be. I have phone mailed since the 31st August and have received feed back saying its being processed and still in the time frame and to contact again in 2 weeks till TODAY they have now told me to go back and reapply as they can not find my document. HOW CAN ONE SAY they being processed for 6 months now and then say they cant find it. I need someone to ASSIST ME NOW as I will not apply again I have copies of my document and receipts and someone needs to contact me NOW and let me know where I can collect my amendment certificate. I need to register my kids for school and medical and time is running out I cant explain HOW urgent this is and someone NEEDS to contact me NOW.
