Hie I Sipho Mangena,I lost my passport in 2014 but I did the new one and I payed R800 and brought them the affidavit,even now I'm still not having my passport in my hands,I could and email their call center no response even I did email the minister him self,but no way forward.what must I do now?

The head nurse of ward 14 can not be a nurse she treat people with racism. laugthing at people when yo ask her anything about a patient. My son was sent home no paperwork was done for discargeing and he went home still with a drip in his arm. I ask her what about the drip laugth at me said that is not part of her word to removed it

I am one of those people. I am going to bring theft charges against SAPU. The excuse for the so-called erroneous deduction is unacceptable along with their allegation that members who resigned, did not do so properly! Where the F.....K do they get off deducting 10+ years later. Then to top it tell me to provide evidence of the deductions before they will consider refunding me? One absolutely useless union as far as I am concerned. They did absolutely nothing for me when I needed the. I will be pressing charges along with a demand for my refund. I will continue to tell others to not join them.

I cant believe this. I am a sapu member since 2001. I work in finance, and numerous members approached me where sapu is deducting money from their salaries where they once were members but cancelled. Now saps starts deducting membership monies from these members from April 2014 where the first two months are R90 and there after R45. This is so wrong, something needs to be done.

My name is Eunice Pheto born here in South Africa and my son is Lethabo also born the same place in RSA, in Diepkloof 1994 and does have a birth certificate but Home Affairs said they cant pick him up on their system now he is stucked and does not have and ID book as we talking, Is been a month now and I called and called and home affairs head office said to me they are are still looking at this matter, I AM SO SO WORRIED ABOUT THE WHOLE THING, Please help as he cannot get a job and he chooses to be a TRAFFIC OFFICER now time is running out , I am straggling since I tried this when my boy was only 17 years old to find an ID BOOK for him

my husband applied for a permanent residence in 2012 and he got rejected because they say 2 documents were missing. we made a copy of the application and the documents were in there and is even marked off on the receipt. we have now been waiting for almost a year now for the response on the appeal.

i applied for my passport and the call center consultants requested i call back , which i did and every time i called they asked me to call back . Its been 7 days that i do this and still no positive feedback. i understand there is a process, however we did appeal for this application to be urgent.

Good day SAPU, can you please stop deducting my money from my salary and please refund the one that you are already deducted as called my membership in 2005 because I left SAPS that year I m no longer your member please and you did cancelled it at that time but to my surprised you started deducting again this year please stop this is I didn't authorized you to do so and refund my money

AM WAITING FOR MY DAUGHTER SURNAME TO BE CHANGED FOR 4 YEARS SO WILL JUST LEAVE IT TILL SHE TURNS 16 AND CAN APPLY FOR HER OWN ID AS SHE IS USING HER FATHERS MIDDLE NAME DUE TO A MIX UP AND CANNOT GET TO CHANGE IT, NOW ASKED TO GET BLOOD TEST WHICH COST R700 SO MORE MONEY, NO NOT ME THIS IS NOT THE WAY TO TREAT PEOPLE WHO ARE BORN IN THE COUNTRY.
