I am HIGHLY frustrate and very upset. I have applied for amendment on my twins birth certificate changing there surname from Haylock to Morsner as my ex registered them under his name without my concent and we have NEVER been married or ever will be. I have phone mailed since the 31st August and have received feed back saying its being processed and still in the time frame and to contact again in 2 weeks till TODAY they have now told me to go back and reapply as they can not find my document. HOW CAN ONE SAY they being processed for 6 months now and then say they cant find it. I need someone to ASSIST ME NOW as I will not apply again I have copies of my document and receipts and someone needs to contact me NOW and let me know where I can collect my amendment certificate. I need to register my kids for school and medical and time is running out I cant explain HOW urgent this is and someone NEEDS to contact me NOW.

The service is the worst ever!!!! I have never seen such ... service in my life. They are not answering the phones... they don't know what you are asking them.... where is this country going???? Waiting ages for your stuff... the world is going to end and then you'll still waiting... really??? the number 012 406 4022 doesn't even exist...

Am also pressing charges agains Sapu . U are deducting money from my salary since 2014. I contacted ur office faxed documents as requested by Mary working at Head office with no response. She kept on saying I will be refunded but her supervisors refuse refunding me. I was promised that deduction was stopped but it never happened. To date Im still paying sapu. I am employed by dept of health and is a denosa member since 2014. I resigned saps in 2009 but at the time I was a popcru member. I sent emails, call ur office and no one wants to take responsiblity for problems u caused. I hereby want a full refund on that unauthorized deduction and for u to stop that deduction on my salary. I AM A DENOSA member get that I never gave u permission to deduct money for 2 yrs on my salary. Its ur responsiblity to sort it out as u caused it. I want this deduction removed asap. I will definitely take this forward if no response is received within 7 days if not my lawyer will be in contact with your office.

Today was my second day at home affairs, i was there before 6am. Finally when we were sent in, got a page to fill in for the marriage certificate, i filled it in and went to pay the R20 fee and the R140 fee for the new id with marriage surname on. I then got my no . It was 19 (although i was the fourth person in the line that arrived) they were calling people with higher numbers before us, i then complined because how can they help people who arrived past 8,9,and 10, and we were there early. They prioritizedsome people who were there the day before, i was also there i was by home affairs in town also. But yet i and others had to stand in the que in the order we came. I did skell,i was truelly very upset. Then past 1 they gave me a new no 70 and priorotised it as me and others were there since the morning . Then AMELIA ARENSE called my no,i went to her,at teller 4. She threw her arms outwards and asked rudly, what is this what is this. I asked her what she means,then she showed me the computer and said who is this, rude again.and on the computer screen was my picture they just took,and a pic of my husband,i said i dont know whats that,so she said to me loud that i must go make it right i gave the wrong information,i told her i didnt,i only filled in the form to get a print out of the marriage certificate, and the man and lady that checked the form sais its correct,and AMELIA ARENDSE was just insisting its me,i told her to call her manager or supervisor to come and see whats weong because i dont work on their computers, and i dont punch things in,she replied ' well im going to delete it and i wont call the manager, ' and told me i can just go but she wont do it. She just walked away. I then went to speek to the supervisor,cant remember her name. I told her how i feel. Then i saw amelia and said to her,sorry sweety whats your name,she looked at me and raised her voice and said , dont you sweety me,and i wont give you my name. The supervisor/manager was present at the time when Amelia aaid that. Then Amelia just walked away. Its so disgusting that i was treated like that, im so so sure they would have got just so upset if they got treated so unfair,and sat there early and got served last,and got treated disgustingly rude

Greonkloof Spar, Pretoria, Gauteng is TOTALLY DISHONEST. Every time I have purchased there I have been cheated - overcharged for the goods I am buying. The price when scanned in at the tills is more than the price on the shelves or on the product itself. Everytime! Today it was avo's, price on product R24.99, price when scanned at the till R25.99. R1 may not be a significant amount, but this Spar is skimming off every customer they have and that amounts to a lot. The price on the product or the shelf dictates what the customer is expected to pay - I'm pretty sure that is law. The manager or whoever it is that is putting in the barcode prices into the system is cheating us. This dishonest practice must stop!

Useless union ever

My mom went there yesterday, at 16h30, she waited for a doctor to see her until 22h00, then until 10h30 for her blood to be drawn. She was feeling sick, her heartbeat was very high, she was struggling to breath and was feeling drained. My dad confronted them but they did not do anything about it. Then they told her it will take another hour and a half for the results to come back which is nonsense, it only takes 30 min but they were upset with my dad for taking them on. There was another old lady there, 82 years old with cancer and old zimers, when my mom and dad left, they still haven't helped her. The service is pathetic. Why must you always threaten them with higher authority before anything happens????

My Mom is using medicine for high blood pressure and her Thyroid, it is part of her chronic medication. It is now the 4th month in a row that the clinic cannot provide the medication because they are always out of stock. The Military health services is playing with peoples lives by not providing the necessary medication. The clinic is refering us to get the medication at certain chemists that is not near where she lives adding to expenses to drive far in getting the medication. Now it forces us to pay for her meciation ourselves whereas it should be dispenced by the military clinics for her.
